outlook crashs

Hi, EEs,

Something is strange, we are using pop3. I am using outlook2007, there is one guy in the office, everytime I send him emails (with attachment or plain text), his outlook2007 crashs, any ideas>? help

No error had been found...I even tried to uninstall/reinstall the outlook...no luck...

safe mode with no luck as well...thc
