There isn't much to it really.
If it isn't working then it is usually an issue with the SSL certificates or authentication - particularly if OWA is working.

The first thing I always suggest is to try OMA - https://host.domain.com/oma and see whether that works. If you get an SSL certificate prompt then that will cause a problem.

If OMA doesn't work, then reset the virtual directories using this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=883380

Once done, don't change anything else, but test OWA and OMA.
If you are on a single server (ie not FE/BE) and you want to use Forms Based Authentication and SSL, then you have to make another change to the server. This is outlined in MSKB 817379 but I find that doesn't always work, so have my own version of the instructions here: http://www.amset.info/exchange/mobile-85010014.asp

Simon as per your first suggestion I have check the OMA, I can see the emails in the box. OWA works great no problem with it. I am using my own certificate server however OWA uses it and have no problems. The type of phone that I am using is a Nokia E62, I have reet it to ensure that it is not the problem. I am lost at this point, I have check everything and research the Experrts database. Are there any tools in which I can use to detect problems. I have setup my phone to attached to other networks, no problems everything works.

I haven't used EAS on the Nokia device. I have a client who has and he said that virtually everything he found on the internet about the Nokia setup was wrong, people saying things don't work when they do etc.

When you tested OMA, did you use SSL? I don't know if the web browser in the device shares the same certificate store as ActiveSync.

I don't know what is possible with the Nokia devices, as I haven't used them.
I know how to troubleshoot ActiveSync on the Windows Mobile devices, but Nokia.
