Microsoft ActiveSync

Guys I am having an issue with Exchange ActiveSync, it work for quite sometime but now it is broken. I have uncheck the boxes, re-applied SP2 & Review the SSL certificate however I am getting communication errors. Can you guide me through a complete troubleshooting process?

Simon as per your first suggestion I have check the OMA, I can see the emails in the box. OWA works great no problem with it. I am using my own certificate server however OWA uses it and have no problems. The type of phone that I am using is a Nokia E62, I have reet it to ensure that it is not the problem. I am lost at this point, I have check everything and research the Experrts database. Are there any tools in which I can use to detect problems. I have setup my phone to attached to other networks, no problems everything works.

Yes I did, the SSL works fine, maybe I need to change out the phones. So there are no tools or addiotnal testing I can do?
I don't know what is possible with the Nokia devices, as I haven't used them.
I know how to troubleshoot ActiveSync on the Windows Mobile devices, but Nokia.
