In Oracle, since moving to 10g we are getting an error ORA-01979:  missing or invalid password for role ''.  But, we are not doing a "set role" in any of our code.  This can happen up to 160 times a day, but does not really seem to cause any problems.  Any ideas what would cause this?

10G has stricter security structure then 9i,You may need to double-check Your roles, custom or system assigned and add an "identified by" statement whever possible or,otherwise, turn off role based advanced security settings
