Hi,

I am trying to open an existing Visual Basic Solution for the first time, and I get this error message:

Unable to open module file 'C:\aaa\My Project\Resources.Designer.vb':
The system cannot find the file specified.
C:\aaa\My Project\Resources.Designer.vb

How do I fix this error?

I am using Visual Studio 2005. And VB 2005 (Windows App).

Thanks.

Thanks Bob. How do you generate this file from within Visual Studio 2005?

I don't know, but it comes when you create a new project.  If that file is missing, you can recreate it through Windows Explorer.

Thanks that did it. I created a new solution, then just copied and pasted the My Project folder on my existing project.  Thanks a bunch Bob!
