Outlook sent items disappearing after one week
I have a user w/ Outlook 2003 that has a problem where her sent items disappear after one week. I've checked the auto archive settings and it is set to auto archive every 3 months. I've also checked the archive PST file for kicks and the sent items aren't showing up in there either. Any ideas?

Check for Message Expire after option in the Advanced E-mail options, there should be some value existing (as 7 Days).
