Hi everybody.<br />
I want to know what is the best Managed File Transfer (MFT) solution currently available. &nbsp;(Please justify the preference).<br />

My company needs to share files with external users trought Internet. We don't want to use FTP. We have some requirements for any MFT solution:<br />
1.- Auto-managed: Users must be capables to manage access control and their files to share. (Inbound &amp;&nbsp;Outbound)<br />
2.- The software must be capable to be installed on Windows Server OS. (Windows Server 2003 R2, prefered)<br />
3.- The MFT solution must be capable to record a log for every transaction for files shared (in/out)<br />
4.- No-client: If is possible, we don't want to deploy a client application on user's desktops. (This apply for external and internal users)<br />

Please, can you help me with this requirement. I'm trying Inter-Business Vault for Managed File Transfer (Cyber-Ark Software Ltd.)<br />

Best Managed File Transfer (MFT) solution

A server is a computer program or a machine that waits for requests from other machines or software (clients) and responds to them. This architecture is called the client–server model. Commonly used utilities include password managers, disk managers, system monitors, data synchronization tools, security and antivirus software and editors.
