How to setup/install quality outdoor Ethernet and phone jacks

This is rather urgent.

Two questions, but basically the same topic.  If I need to split the question, I will do so.

1. Outdoor Ethernet - I have a client that wishes to have multiple Ethernet jacks available OUTSIDE an office complex.  It is a small television company that needs to connect via Ethernet/CAT5 from outside the building in order to allow them to film the wonderful people of our city, in living color -- all image data transmits through Ethernet.

2. Outdoor phone - They also need telephone jack outside too.

Basically, has anyone done this and can you make recommendations on quality products.

Wow, apologies for leaving this question open.  And I appreciate your input!

I talked with the client and convinced him to purchase outdoor rated cabling.  We tucked the cabling underneath some of the wood siding and got it nice and concealed from direct contact with the elements of nature.  Wireless was a proposal, but it just wouldn't work fast enough for them.  For the price of the wireless solution, we can basically run the cabling twice (not too terribly long of a run).

I placed the jacks in an outdoor electrical box and fashioned the finished product myself -- good old ingenuity.

They have been using the connections on a regular basis and so far, so good.

Again, thanks for your input on the solution.
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
