Exchange email address doesn't show up with RUS and in GAL

Win2k3 and E2k3 environment.  I created a subdomain, but Exchange is in parent domain.  I added RUS for subdomain.  When I create a user, his email address doesn't show up in his profile's email adddress tab and also not show in GAL.   Please advise.  Thank you so much.

ok, make sure thatthe exchange server is able to locate the DC in the child domain withth netbios name.

I can ping the DC server name from Exchange server.  Thanks

The address has showed up.  I think RUS needs time to propagate in multi-domain network.  Thanks
