logging into server 2003 without knowing the password

I Need to login to a windows server 2003 domain controller but no one knows the password, this particular client can't get ahold of the IT person they use to deal with an now i need access to the server.

I have both of those already. ERD doesn't see the operating system of server 2003 and the loksmith on my Bart PE is greyed out. any other ideas?

Right now i can login using the directory restore mode. there is no active directory database, it has been corrupted. if i try logging in regular mode it says that i have the wrong password.

If you can log onto the server can you change the admin password?
