SBS Remote Web Workplace Fatal Error

Running Windows SBS 2003.  We have been having problems with Remote Web Workplace.  You get the log in screen but when you log in the top frame says "Page cannot be displayed".  The main frame says "loading...".  

The event log has the following entry:

I have run CE-ICW multiple times with no effect.  

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

How recently did you try to install Service Pack 1 on your SBS?  Because this is a sign that your SP1 installation failed.

It was originally installed in January of this year.  We did not receive any errors during that install but we have had interrmittent issues with RWW.  A couple of weeks ago RWW just stopped working altogether.  As part of the troubleshooting we reinstalled SP1 last week.  It did not give us any errors.  The server is currently on SP2.
