How recently did you try to install Service Pack 1 on your SBS?  Because this is a sign that your SP1 installation failed.

It was originally installed in January of this year.  We did not receive any errors during that install but we have had interrmittent issues with RWW.  A couple of weeks ago RWW just stopped working altogether.  As part of the troubleshooting we reinstalled SP1 last week.  It did not give us any errors.  The server is currently on SP2.

Did you reinstall all five components of SP1?

Windows Server 2003 SP1
Exchange Server 2003 SP1
Windows SharePoint Services SP1
Windows Small Business Server 2003 Update KB891193 for Windows XP Service Pack 2
Windows Small Business Server 2003 SP1
