I solve the problems already ......... I run the Anti-virus to scan for virus and got 1 virus is in .exe (installer) format .......... it cause the windows shut down to prevent damage while it starts running automatically ......... After I remove the virus the problems solved ........ So, I decide to close this questions and refund the points ....... any suggestions or objections here ??
Which virus was responsible for this problem.
ASKER
I didn't copy down the whole virus name, after scanning using the symantec anti-virus software, a .exe file consider virus and automatic run during the startup, the anti-virus software unable to delete / quarantine the file ............ then the only way I did is go to safe mode and delete the file (virus) manually .......
After that, the problem solved ........
After that, the problem solved ........
Well you needed to ID the file, which one did you delete. This would be an important bit of information to others who find themselves in the same situation.
