Hi Chris_m,
one way is to create Form with one hidden field and embedded view.
Field:
    - computed
    - formula: @Name([CN]; @Username)
View:
    - create the view which suites your purpose and when you're done insert the new first column, which should be categorized and contain formula: @Name([CN]; @Author)
    - property Show single category: name of your hidden field

Hope this helps,

Hello Chris_m,

Yes, you can do that. Each document would need a Readers field with only those who should be able to read the document.

You should read up on reader- author fields so that you do not end up locking yourself out of the documents.

You should alwasy include an author field giving Admin access.

I hope this helps !

Whoops, sysExpert, I think you meant to say, "you should always include an Admin role or Group in the Readers field - so you and the server don't get locked out of the documents"
