WinClone is NOT for resizing partitions .. just for backing them up .. like Ghost .. if you want to RESIZE and make larger the Windows Partition then you need to follow these instructions.

1. Make sure you have used WinClone to create a backup of your current BootCamp partition
2. Run the Boot Camp Assistant and select the option to restore your disk to a single Mac OS X volume. When the process completes, click the Restart button and reboot your Macintosh.
3. Run the bootcamp utility again. Select “I already have a Macintosh Drivers CD” and click Continue.
Drag the partition slider to the size you’d like for a Windows partition and click Partition. Note that if Boot Camp says it cannot move files, you’ll have to use a 3rd party disk defragmenter like Disk Tools Pro to defragment your disk, and then try this step again.
4. Use WinClone to restore the backup you created onto the new partition.

If you dont mind losing eveything on your windows partition, run the boot camp assistant and delete the partition, restart and then rerun it and create a partition the size you want (then install windows again). If not your going to have to give us info on what errors winclone gives so we can help you further with trying to get your files back on your windows partition).
