I am having trouble adding new user mailboxes to our exchange system. When I add a new user, I go through the process of creating an Exchange
mailbox and the process completes without error. But the user never receives
an email address and the mailbox does not show up in the mailbox store.
Messages sent to the new user cause "delivery status notification (delay)
errors. I ran "rebuild" on RUS twice and also changed RUS properties to use a
different Global Catalog server, to no avail. The last time this happened,
the problem just sort of cleared itself up after a couple of days and I
wasn’t sure what caused it nor why it started working again. But this time it
has been three days and I still cannot create new mailboxes. I urgently
need to be able to add new user mailboxes. Help!
