I just upgraded all of my users from Mcafee Enterprise A/V and Spyware 8.0 to 8.5 via EPO. Some of my users are getting the (The add-in "C:\Program Files\Network Associates\VirusScan\scanemal.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by Detect and Repair on the Help menu.)
Detect and Repair did nothing, which I thought would be the case.
I checked some other users PC's for that dll and could not find it. Some users don't even have that directory anymore. Anyone have some ideas on how to rectify this
