Copy utilities, command line or otherwise..

Hello,

Does anyone know of any copy utilities that will do the following:

copy ACLs/permissions/security
copy Ownership info
copy Auditing settings
retry/failover (but log) access denied/busy files
extensive logging of progress (optional) turn *off* compression attribute in destination (copy from compressed files to uncompressed files)
fully command-line scriptable

I'm only coming up with robocopy. If anyone else knows of anything, that would be great.

how are xcopy and scopy different? Isn't xcopy just a neweer version of scopy?
jkr

xcopy comes with Windows. scopy doesn't.
