Outlook calender
Greetings-
I have a user who sent this in to me:
For some reason folks can not see my calendar online when setting up
meetings online. Is this something in my profile or is it something on
my end I need to change?
Is this going to most likely be a problem on his end because I don't see anything wrong in exchange?
Thanks,
Drew

Under Tools --> Options --> Calendar Options --> Free/Busy Options, you should select a time period to save on the server for viewing. Check what information they have in this area.

Thanks- I'll try this and get back to.

Ok- I he finaly got ahold of that guy...his settings were correct and set appropriately. I taken a look at his exchange box and he is about 300,000 KB of 515MB of space available. Is this going to be something else like a capacity issue?

Looks like this doc shows how to grant people to see his calender events but I was just referring to people just being able to see his free/busy.

-I think I'm going to try and re-build his profile and move his mail box over to a diff server with larger storage and see what comes of that.
