Coldfusion mail letter format

Cold fusion I am creating a cfdocument format PDF. The content of the PDF is a mailing letter (8X11.5) format.
I am trying to come up with a letter format in html that will output the mailing address in a letter envelope that has a window display.

ok I see the layout what is it that you want ?

to have the address displayed in the upper left for an envelope as it is for the letter ?
