Group by a 4-4-5 fiscal calendar year in Oracle

Is there a function in Oracle that will allow grouping dates monthly by a 4-4-5 fiscal calendar year?

4-4-5 being 4 weeks, 4 weeks and then 5 weeks always starting on a Saturday.

What would be the best way to approach grouping dates like this?
