Getting output from sp_MSforeach_worker into VB

Has anyone got an example of getting the output from the stored procedure sp_MSforeach_worker into a VB .net program ???

why do you need that procedure? just to get an idea how to do it actually.

Because I want to develop a routine that can read all of the tables in a database or all the triggers for a table or all the...... etc, etc.....  The stored procedures works fine but the output can't be read into VB 2005 the same as a result set from a stored procedure......
