What is the default "correct" users in Windows 2003 Small Business Server?

When I open User Manager, I got the users "Administrator", "Guest" and "Root". Guest User is member of Administrators, Domain Guests and Guests. Root is member of Administrators and Domain Users. Is this correct / normal? Shoud I disable/change something here? My server has been hacked previously, thats why I need to check this...
