Laptop docking station power error

I am receiving an error when I turn on my laptop (inspiron) that is placed on the docking station.

Everything seems to be connected (lcd, docking, mouse, keyboard, laptop)

The error states:

The docking station doesn't seem capable of enough power to supply the docking station.
Press f1 to shutdown.

What could be the solution.?

To add to what zkrieger posted. Make sure you have the 90watt adapter plugged into the Dock (should have came with it). The 65w will not power a dock with any system attached. If its one of the newer high end Inspirons it may require a 120w adapter.

I vote that the point get split since all of us gave the correct answer, an incorrect power supply. I see this exact error from time to time from my users.
