Also, you can look here for all of the switches available to you in the boot.ini file

Thnaks alot for the information, was wondering also if i place a  2003 enterprise cd into a cdrom on a 2003 standard edition pc will i get an option to upgrade?

Here is what I found on this:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/evaluation/whyupgrade/supportedpaths.mspx
According to that, you should be able to do this.

I can't seem to find any supporting documentation on how to do this and I have never done this, so I can't give you any advice on how to do this.

Good Luck
