How to make the hyperlink unrelated to the absolute web address when do webpage.

Originally, I am using the exactly link, such as
http://www.aaa.com/index_files/cs.htm

But now I am changing the domain to www.bbb.com.
May I make the link on the page not related to the domain address.
Thanks, I am using sharepoint

I am using "/index_files/cs.htm, it works on server, but in local sharepoint designer, it is not convinience. I need to put all the things under root directory. Any suggestion?
