new time synchronization server

I have a new time synchronization server.
What chanfge do I need to make to let AIX nodes point to the time synchronization server?

Does this change require any downtime of the node or have any impact on apps on the nodes?  Right now, the time is in sync w/o the new ntp server.

No downtime required.
No reboot required.
No known impact on apps. However, that might depend on the sensitivity of your applications to a sudden shift in the server time either forward or backward.
