Domain users privileges on Workstations

Hi,
I created users on the domain (windows 2000 server) and connected my workstations (windows xp pro) to the domain. What I would like to do now is to give the domain users limited access on the workstation like installing/uninstalling programs...etc just like the workstation limited user account.
How can I do this to the domain users and have this change reflected on the workstation computers?
