outlook froze and closed...how can i retrieve the lost email i was writing ?

Hello experts ,

i have a user who was replying back to an email. After he was done he tried to do spell check , outlook froze and closed...
Now he is acting hysterically , and he is demanding his work back.... -:)
I checked the drafts , outbox, etc..but no luck..
any ideas ? or should i tell him to get couple of aspirins to avoid the heart attack ...lol
thats office 2003 on XP machine.

Also, how can i start saving automatically in drafts or in any other folder so as if this happen in the future they wont lost their work ?

Might pay for him to repair Office.
In any open Office application:
Click on the Help menu > Detect and Repair...
Insert Office CD if Required.

I don't think there's a way of automatically saving drafts during composition of email, but you can just save it periodically.
