Kill My Network Places
How do I get rid of the "saved" network locations in XP?
For instance, if you go to \\server\business\spreadsh eets\, that will FOREVER show up in My Network Places. How can I either clear it out on login / logoff, or stop it from happening altogether?
The reason I need to do this, is that I have a customer who goes all over the place and has at least 50 "saved" places in there. It slows My Computer / Explorer from loading to the point he is complaining.

You should be able to just right click on them and select "Delete".

Hello DrDamnit,
I hope we're on the same wavelength here.
I'm talking about just deleting the saved Netwok Places in Windows Explorer under "My Network Places".
