Watch Question

1. Share the folder with Everyone Read & change.
2. Go the file permission in "products" folder and add first group with Read, List folders, if requred Read & Exec rights.

For second group which need full access select modify. ( Dont give Full control)

Now try mapping with a users in each group.

I am a member of 2 Groups say Group1 and Group2.

For Group1 i have given read security permissions to a folder
For Group2 i have given full access security permissions to the same folder

What permissions will i ahve now?
You have not mentioned anything about whether it share or NTFS permission.

Let me explain in all case. Whether it is share or NTFS most allowed permission will be applied.

In your case those three users will get full control. If you mix share + NTFS rights then they will get most "restrcitive" rights.

Say you shared a folder with "Full control" rights to group1. And in NTFS you have give "read" rights then the Group1 members will get only Read rights.

I found this article explain very well about rights ...
