How to optimize the size of the .swf file.<br />

I was doing a small flash intro. I almost finished it and the size was only 333kb. <br />
Today, i did some minor changes to that intro like color change, increasing the frame rate chaning the background etc...now the .swf file size is 1.2 mb. <br />
<br />
I am new to flash and i don't know why the size increased. <br />
Any suggestions on reducing its size? I tried deleting the unused symbols from the library. Now the size has become 1.3 mb?!!!<br />
