Exchange stopped receiving but could send after DSL router replaced
Exchange 2003 question. Cannot receive email but can send out. Here is a little background, our DSL router was replaced due to the old one died. Our DSL router is configured as NAT and such with the same external IP / MX record than before. The DSL router was the only one replaced in this equation so what is causing the problem? It was working perfectly for the past few years. Some DNS numbers were changed though in the new router

The only thing that changed is the DSL router.
IP address did not change
Which port are you referring to? Again, the DSL router is the only one that was changed
i can connect to the server from the outside via remnote control, logmein. OWA is not enabled
I dont have multiple IP addresses

Has your IP address change?
Can you connect to the server from outside?
If you have multiple IP addresses, is the Exchange server mapped to the correct one?
Browse to one of the IP address check sites to see where the traffic is coming from.
