I am a newbie tech guy just starting my own business and I want to create my own personal knowledgebase/documentation of technical issues that I come across with my clients.  Does anyone know of software that will help me do this?  I amcurrently using the "issues" plug in for MS Access and it doesn't quite meet my needs.

Here's a review or two of Infoselect:

I think it's currently up to version 9.
I'm still using V6. It's the main thing that stops me switching to Linux. :o)

I'd recommend you to try PHPKB knowledge base software from http://www.knowledgebase-script.com. It is powered by PHP with a MySQL database at the backend and it is exactly what you are looking for.

Thanks for dredging this up Venabili. After using Info Select for nearly 2 decades I've switched to Evernote. It's free for the standard version and it's fantastic. I've raved on about it here:
http://mywitsend.co.nz/computer-stuff/software/725

It's available as a desktop and online app for Windows and Mac. You can use it online in a browser only in Linux.

If you use more than one PC it's a must have because it syncs your data with Evernote's server automatically.

The standard free version is perfectly adequate for 50MB/month of text files, PDFs and images. I've upgraded to the premium version for $45/year: 500MB/month and any file type.
