Last Modified: 2010-03-17
Hey guys,

I have 3 public domains, a.com, b.com, and c.com.
I have Exchange 2003 SP2 on Server 2003 Ent. SP2.
My active directory domain is domain.local.
I want to be able to host all 3 public domains on the exchange server, and have every user on domain.local to be able to send and recieve from all 3 domains. I also need the Windows logon name to be different than the emails. For example, logon name is John Smith, but he can send and recieve email for support@a.com, support@b.com, support@c.com. Is this possible?

Thanks is advance.

first, you will configure 3 different email policy for 1.com, c.com and b.com
then you configure recpient policy for your domain users so you can create email for them @ each doain you host.
now users are abl to receive email from a.com, b.com and c.com. but beware that there is only 1 primary SMTP address one users sends from outlook that always comes in the from field

no for the support guy, you can edit his email address manually to be support nd inlcude it, or edit his name to be support, or create  different mailbox that is called support nd dlegate the access to him
