How to email a response document?
I need to send a child (response?) document out when a form is saved. I have never used response documents so please be specific.
The response will go to a user who is named in a field on the parent form. That person is already defined as a depositor only. I want them to be able to fill out their form and save it, without having any access to the main database - I think I did that with defining them as depositor. If I have a button that saves and closes, how do I build an @mailsend that will send the response?

I think I would like to send the form in the email, and when they submit it should be 'linked' to the original main document. That means response right?
I will end up with a view that shows these responses only. They are feedback forms, so when a manager opens the feedback they should be able to click a link to go back to the original.

Thank you. Apparently, this has put me over the MASTER rank. Funny, cause on the sister topic Lotus Notes, I'm more than twenty times that rank heh heh
Also, do you need the actual form mailed, a link back to a document, or just a simple text email?
