Exchange and IIFP for cross-forest sharing
Hell Experts, I have somewhat of a loaded question for you. I will offer 500 points. I wish I could offer more if I could find a way.
I am a cruise line who just bought another company. We will call them "Company B". Both side have our own Exchange 203 enviroment. As well as our own AD enviroment. We do not want to merge at this time into one AD forest and into one Exchange org. Our challenge is the sharing of Exchange resources.
The above being stated I have heard that the free product IIFP by Microsoft is a good solution for what I need. I need to merge and replicate each sides GALS. I know that you can share GALS by adding an address book in Outlook using an LDAP user. Using this you can invite cross-forest persons but you do not get the free/busy. I also need to replicate public folder to each side
My questions are the following. Is IIFP the tool to use? If not is there another free utility that will provide me with what I need? And how do you set up IIFP?
As I said I would give 10,000 points but it wont let me:)
