Email group not showing in GAL
I have a user who in his Outlook the 'Everyone' group does not appear in the GAL; He is a member of this group. . Strangely, he can not email this internal group - it comes up as unresolved. He is the only one w/ this problem and this is the only group that is missing.
I have reloaded his profile on his machine, and also logged him in on another computer to no avail.
We are running Outlook 2000 w/ Exchange 2003 mixed mode.

Outlook not in Cached mode....and yes he is in Everyone group.
is the user able to send mail to this group via OWA?
Have you tried to remove him from this group and readding him again.

don't remember...will try that.

No, that didn't work either.
what you can do here is remove exchange attributes of this user in AD and then create exchange attributes again to check ?
