Import excel file as contacts for distribution group

I need to import an excel file to contacts to create a distribution group.  The format of the excel file is listed below

Row 1:
Title      FirstName      MiddleName      LastName      Suffix      Company      Department      JobTitle      BusinessStreet      BusinessStreet2      BusinessStreet3      BusinessCity      BusinessState      BusinessPostalCode      BusinessCountry      HomeStreet      HomeStreet2      HomeStreet3      HomeCity      HomeState      HomePostalCode      HomeCountry      OtherStreet      OtherStreet2      OtherStreet3      OtherCity      OtherState      OtherPostalCode      OtherCountry      AssistantsPhone      ETC ETC ETC ETC ETC

Row 2-26:
all data corresponds with same coloumn above

What would be the easiest way to do this or will I have to enter this information manually?
