If you have phpnuke running, then php is already installed. All you have to do to run php scripts is to copy them to the webserver's directory and point a browser at 'em. Which webserver is your box running? Apache?

Plesk typical has php already enabled by default. so placing phpnuke in one of your web folders should be enough to run and configure phpnuke

The message say that php is running, but it seems phpnuke can't connect to the configured mysql-database. Check the username/password you entered in phpnuke and the values that are vaild for that user in mysql
