Automatically login to 2003 server
I have a 2003 server that needs to automatically login and start running an application that won't run as a service. Any idea how I can accomplish that?
Thanks

AvalaraIT,
just because sc offers the "create service" option doesn't mean it's that easy to create a service; sc will only create the necessary entries in the registry. If the program that is supposed to be running as a service hasn't been designed to do so (and ryanasalazar already stated that it hasn't), this won't help you.
srvany works as "wrapper" around the program itself, it responds to the requests of the service control manager and starts/stops the program run by it accordingly.

Mark Minasi has written several good articles on the SC command that can be found at http://www.windowsitpro.com/Article/ArticleID/94722/94722.html
If you don't subscribe to winitpro google sc command.
