Group Policy processing aborted. Event ID 1030 and 1058 filling up the eventlog

OS: SBS 2003 Premium ( Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, SQL).

Installed "default"  but without ISA and only one NIC

I got a lot of event ID 1030 and 1058 from UserEnv in that fills up eventlog. Se at the bottom.

I've cheked with ADSIEDIT that the entries in AD is correct but discovered that the folder {6E0B7E97-EEA1-43FF-9F8D-874C792D3EB4} is missing from the folder "\\nbb.local\SysVol\nbb.local\Policies"

What do i do?

Can i repair the AD so it will automatically create the missing folder and it's contents? What tool to use?
Or should i just remove the "key" with the ADSIEDIT tool? Then the AD will no longer try to use an in-file thats not present.

I did'nt  change the GPO objects, they are as default as they can be.

Thanks
Lars

PeteLong,

Thanks for your fast response.

I cheked/performed everything everything execpt 11.

Before doing so, I just want to be sure that kb article 325356 "How to remove and reinstall TCP/IP on a Windows Server 2003 domain controller" is the article you actualy ment. It can't understand what the TCP/IP  has to do wiht this scenario, my network is working fine. Every computer can reach the \\nbb.local\SysVol\nbb.local\Policies - folder.

Please explain.

Thanks for taking your time.

Lars
