Linksys IP issues

I'm trying to get a webcam with internal webserver out to the internet.  I'm having an isssue with a Lynksys G Router.  Ordinarily if you go to "Status"  in the router you will see the assigned IP address. On this router it gives me 10.1.10.184 which isn't the actual IP address.

I've compltely reset the router a few times and tried about everything I knew of but always get the same result.

Is it possible you have a DHCP server on the network?  If you are using a cable or DSL modem often these will also act as a DHCP server by default.  Try plugging the 'Internet' or 'WAN' cable that is currently going into your Linksys into another computer and see if you get the same address or a similar address to 10.1.10.184.
