It's a shell script. Run it as
sh nvidia-xxxxx.run

Or,

bash nvidia-xxxxx.run

Ok Wht If The Driver Is in the cd ?????

Commented:
mount the cd and copy over to harddrive.  The thing is that I don't think driver is the problem, if you can install Fedora, Ubuntu in graphic mode, it is most probably xorg.conf problem.

Can you do this:

1) press ctrl-alt-f1
2) login as root
3) issue the command "mount /dev/cdrom"
4) if there is some error on (3) try to do "cat /etc/fstab" and cut and paste the output here
5) if there is no error on (3) try "ls /media" and see if your cdrom is mounted, if you can find the file, do "cp /media/cdrom0/nvidia*run ~/" to copy the file over to your home directory
6) do "cd ~/", you will have your file in that directory
