When it checks the name it is asking for the login information. &nbsp;I tried with my account and the account that we need to setup and everything. &nbsp;Tried with the domain at the front and without. &nbsp;It is Office 2007 STD. &nbsp;With all the updates intalled.

Fixed... Installed an MS Update to system and reinstalled a 3rd time. &nbsp;tested ok.
