commission an IT Recruitment agency get when they fill a position
Hello,
What is the average commisson an agent receives in a recruitment agency when they get you an IT job. I have heard reports of agents receiving up to 25% of a persons salary for the first year. Does any one know for sure,... any link to a site that will give informative info for my question.
regards
Kenny
