Exchange outgoing Mail Errors

I set up a new exchange server 2003 SBS and Exchange 2003. In the original setup I was using the pop connector and SMTP relay. I got everything moved so the MX record points to the Exchange Server and setup a pointer record. When clients sends messages to some domains the get the following error...

You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
            <company.com #5.7.1 smtp;554 5.7.1 Forbidden for policy reasons>

I changed the comapies real name to company.com for privacy reasons.

What do a think?
