Is there a program which can be installed on a DC that monitors all logon attempts and lockouts and tells you the cause of the lockout eg the program which locked you out?

Im not sure wether im logged onto another pc somewhere on our network but my account keeps on getting locked. This happens when I am logged on or off my pc. It is not a password error.

How can I find out what pc's im logged onto so I can stop this?
What other options are avaliable to stop this as it is becoming very tiresome having to keep on getting a collegue to unlock my account.

Can you check the DC's security event log? It should be logged there with event id 529.
