Rebuilding a 2003 Server Domain Controller
I have a Microsoft Server 2003 with Active Directory which the hardware failed.
The server can't boot due to a system board failure.
I didn't have a backup domain controller or a backup of that server running which was running that domain controller.
I have an Exchange 2003 Server running on a different box which needs the domain controller.
How can I rebuild the domain controller so I can use the exchange server again?

NOTE, you WILL NOT be able to simply reconnect the Exchange server to the domain even after you rename everything - you will need to reinstall to properly modify the AD Schema for Exchange and because the SIDs will all be different. I would suggest using NEW hard drives on the Exchange server - or at least imaging the drives so you can restore to your current state if something goes wrong/doesn't work as expected.
if it is a system board failure ??? what abt the hard disc after replacing the board were you able to power up the system. please let us know so it will be easy for us to help you..
Hope this helps
Cheers:)
