Active Directory Migration Error (using ADMT v3)

Good day.
I experienced the same problem as described in question ID: 22470048, however the solution didn't work.
I'm trying to migrate Windows 2003 Active Directory User through ADMT v3 and always get the following error:

2007-06-15 09:42:47 Starting Account Replicator.
2007-06-15 09:42:52 ERR2:7816 Cannot determine if source object 'LDAP://SPBMAXUS/CN=test1,CN=Users,DC=SPBMAXUS' matches an object in the target forest or domain.  The handle is invalid.
2007-06-15 09:42:52 ERR2:7301 Failed to migrate source object 'CN=test1' to domain 'VIRTUAL.LAN'. The target object could not be created. hr=0x80070006  The handle is invalid.
2007-06-15 09:42:52 Operation completed.

Trusts are set up and working.. Dns resolving for domain VIRTUAL.LAN is working too. I tried switching on/off different options like migrate password and migrate SID history, the error is still the same.
I'v searched around and didn't find any solution on this...
Any help on this issue will be appreciated.
Thanks

Thank you for fast reply..
ADMT is running under admin account from source domain SPBMAXUS, this account is a copy of Administrator account in domain SPBMAXUS. Auditing is enabled in both domains, group SPBMAXUS$$$ is created and contains no members. The HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA\TcpipClientSupport key is set to 1 on the pdc in source domain.

However it did let me to do so woth built in Administrators group, so i ran ADMT under administrator account from destination domain and it worked like a charm! Thanks everyone for help!
