W32time waring event id 10.
Why am I getting this warning every minute?
The description for Event ID ( 10 ) in Source ( W32Time ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: NtpClient, The handle is invalid. Is the DC getting it's time outside the network or sync-ing to it's self?

Is sNTP allowed outside the network (UDP traffic)?
