RegSvr32 - LoadLibrary(gpkcsp.dll) failed - The specified module could not be found
In an attempt to resolve an MSN Messenger error (error code 80048820, extended error code 80048416), I am attempting to reregister Cryptographic Services DLLs as per http://tinyurl.com/2sf3g4.
All regsvr32 commands were successful (DllRegisterServer in *.dll succeeded), with the exception of the last three: gpkcsp.dll, slbcsp.dll, and sccbase.dll. All of these return a message box with "LoadLibrary(*.dll) failed - The specified module could not be found."
gpkcsp.dll is located in %SystemRoot%\system32. slbcsp.dll and sccbase.dll were not, but were downloaded from dlldump.com and placed there in an attempt to resolve the error. They had no effect.
Windows XP Professional SP2. HijackThis log is clean.

It didn't fix my Windows Live Messenger error, but that wasn't the question. Thanks!
