Missing were: scarddlg.dll, dwmapi.dll, wzcdlg.dll, slbiop.dll, slbrccsp.dll, sccsccp.dll. After downloading and installing all of these, regsvr32 succeeded for all 3 DLL's.<br />

In an attempt to resolve an MSN Messenger error (error code 80048820, extended error code 80048416), I am attempting to reregister Cryptographic Services DLLs as per <a href="http://tinyurl.com/2sf3g4" rel="ugc">http://tinyurl.com/2sf3g4</a>.<br />
